  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups flour (all purpose or gluten free flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch sea salt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the frozen strawberries for 60 to 90 seconds until thawed; reserve the juices.
  3. In a stand mixer, beat cold butter cubes and granulated sugar until combined.
  4. Add thawed strawberries and their juices; mix well.
  5. Stir in flour, baking powder, and sea salt until just combined.
  6. Use a cookie scoop to place dough balls on the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until edges are set; cool completely.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over cooled cookies.
