  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • 12 tsp red food coloring
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos (about 67 Oreos)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until no flour streaks remain. Fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2–3 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are firm but centers are slightly underbaked.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
