  • 1 cup diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
