  • 1 package (2 9") store-bought pie crust
  • 2 cups cherry pie filling
  • 1 egg white (slightly beaten)
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the pie crust and cut out 3½ – 4-inch circles.
  3. Press each circle into the muffin tin cavities to form mini pie shells.
  4. Fill each shell with cherry pie filling, about two-thirds full.
  5. Optionally, create a lattice top using strips of dough and press down the edges.
  6. Brush tops with egg white and sprinkle sugar over them.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Cool for 15-20 minutes before removing from the tin.
