  • ½ cucumber (grated and drained)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced) for tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for tzatziki
  • Juice of ½ lemon for tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped) for tzatziki
  • Salt and pepper to taste for tzatziki
  • 46 pita breads
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • Optional: feta cheese, olives

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken slices and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Prepare Tzatziki: Combine Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and chill.
