  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix and flour. Mix in melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until a dough forms.
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls; roll in sugar.
  4. Place dough balls into greased muffin tin cavities; bake for 14 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before pressing down centers to create space for ganache.
  6. For the ganache, heat white chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth; pour into cooled cookie cups.
  7. Decorate each cookie cup with two M&Ms.
