  • 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and minced garlic until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach, onion, and fresh herbs.
  3. Unroll both cans of crescent roll dough and separate into triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon about one tablespoon of filling onto each triangle.
  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point. Pinch small pieces of dough from each rolled bite to create bunny ears and place them on top.
  5. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
