  • 2 cups kataifi pastry (shredded phyllo dough)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup pistachio crème
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1 milk chocolate bar (6.34 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix kataifi pastry with melted butter and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
  2. In a bowl, combine pistachio crème and tahini until smooth.
  3. Layer the bottom of clear plastic cups with crunchy kataifi, followed by sliced strawberries, then a generous spoonful of pistachio cream.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth, then drizzle over each cup. Optionally, add extra crushed kataifi or chopped pistachios for garnish.
