  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, coat chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the sauce into the same skillet and bring to a simmer while stirring until thickened (3-5 minutes).
  5. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet along with any pineapple chunks; stir to coat with sauce and heat through (2-3 minutes).
