  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 4 popsicle sticks
  • 12 oz. soft caramels
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 8 vegan marshmallows (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 cinnamon sugar graham crackers
  • 16 oz. white melting chocolate

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the tops of each apple.
  3. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and lightly spray it with non-stick spray.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with water in increments until smooth.
  5. Dip each apple into the melted caramel, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Chill for about an hour to set.
  7. Melt white chocolate in intervals until smooth; dip each apple into it.
  8. Roll the base of each apple in crushed graham crackers and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
