  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
