  • 1 avocado, halved and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked or canned corn, drained
  • 1 cup fresh parsley or arugula
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
