  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Spread half into a greased 9×9 baking pan.
  3. Layer sliced peaches and strawberries evenly over the crust.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water until thickened; stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour the syrup over the fruit layer and top with remaining crumble mixture.
