  • 22½ tablespoons fresh strawberry syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1â…“ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well. Gradually incorporate flour until a soft dough forms, then gently fold in diced strawberries.
  3. Roll small portions of dough into balls and coat in cane sugar before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
