  • 1 medium-large banana, mashed
  • 3 oz strawberry-flavored gelatin mix (substituted with plant-based alternatives if desired)
  • 1/2 lb strawberries, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
