  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 lemons (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 oranges (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 inches raw turmeric (peeled) or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • 24 cloves raw garlic (peeled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer over a large bowl, pushing down on the pulp to extract more liquid.
  3. Pour the strained liquid into a measuring cup with a spout.
  4. Use a small funnel to fill bottles with the liquid, leaving about a quarter inch from the top.
  5. Shake well before consuming and enjoy immediately or store for later.
