  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups jasmine or basmati rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water and a pinch of salt in a pot, bring to boil, then simmer on low for about 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
  2. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and chili paste for about 10 minutes.
