Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain or sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp chili crunch or chili crisp oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks. Transfer to an ice bath immediately after boiling. Peel and halve the eggs.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl with salt and optional garlic powder until creamy.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toast, add the halved eggs on top, drizzle with chili oil, and season with salt and pepper.
