  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for rolling)

  2. In a stand mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add brown sugar, molasses, and pumpkin puree; mix well.
