  • 8 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 7 oz Ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together 1 egg, olive oil, and 3 tbsp granulated sugar until smooth. Gradually add the dry mixture to form a batter.
