S’mores Bread is a delightful fusion of classic campfire flavors, transforming the beloved treat into a moist and luscious quick bread.   • 3/4 cup fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream to the butter mixture; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
