  • 34 lb bone-in lamb shoulder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh grapes for roasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Rub the lamb shoulder with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned lamb in a roasting pan and pour in chicken broth.
  4. Cover with foil and roast for 4-5 hours, basting occasionally until tender.
