  • 2 lbs beef sirloin strips
  • 3 large bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine hot beef broth, soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, and cornstarch. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place beef strips at the bottom of the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them evenly.
  3. Layer sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic on top of the beef.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, stirring halfway through if possible.
  5. Once cooked, stir well and serve over rice or noodles.
