  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup small pasta (like ditalini)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat and transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes with juices, tomato paste, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in small pasta until tender.
