  • 2 pounds frozen corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 46 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside 1 cup of corn for blending.
  2. In your blender, combine the remaining corn, butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar, flour, and seasonings. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the slow cooker over the reserved corn and stir to combine.
  4. Cook on HIGH for 2-4 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
  5. Garnish with crumbled turkey bacon and chopped green onions before serving.
