  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground for best flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
