  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce (no added sugar)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon mild chili seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables into small pieces for even cooking.
  2. In your slow cooker, add chopped onions, red peppers, carrots, celery, canned tomatoes with juices, and rinsed beans.
  3. Season with kosher salt, garlic powder, ground cumin, mild chili seasoning, smoked paprika, lime juice, and optional hot sauce. Stir well.
