  • 2 sheets thawed puff pastry
  • ½ cup seedless raspberry jam (or any preferred flavor)
  • ¼ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle measuring 12 x 16 inches. Cut it in half to create two rectangles.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of raspberry jam evenly over one rectangle.
  4. Place the second rectangle on top, press down lightly to seal, and cut into strips that are ½ inch wide before cutting each strip in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist each strip gently, pinching the ends to form your pastry twists.
  6. Chill twists on the prepared baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
