Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the diced peaches gently.
