  • 150 g feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 100 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 roasted red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine green olives, crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth but slightly textured.
  2. Add the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes (if using), and black pepper. Pulse 2-3 times to mix while keeping some chunks intact.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or jar. Drizzle with olive oil and top with whole green olives.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
