  • 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (Vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for the ‘egg wash’)
  • 2 tablespoons of caster/granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into rectangles (approximately 4×6 inches).
  3. Spread about 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle and top with banana slices.
  4. Fold over the other half of the pastry to seal and crimp edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk for a golden finish.
  6. Sprinkle caster sugar on top before baking on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled slightly, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate over each pie to create 'mummy' wrapping and dust with icing sugar.
