  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
