  • 3 Cups Elbow Macaroni, boiled in salted water
  • 2 Cups Deli chicken, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 Large Carrot, shredded
  • 1 Cup Munster Cheese, diced into small cubes
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
  • 15 Oz Corn, drained
  • 2 Tbs Pickled Jalapeno
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs Pickled Jalapeno Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, pickled jalapeño juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add cooked elbow macaroni to the dressing and stir until well coated.
  3. Mix in diced chicken, chopped celery, shredded carrot, cubed cheese, diced red onion, corn, and pickled jalapeños.
  4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving or enjoy immediately.
