  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 whole wheat pita breads, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange pita wedges on a baking tray and warm in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  3. Spoon hummus and tzatziki sauce into small bowls.
  4. On a large serving platter, arrange the warmed pita wedges around dips; add sliced roasted peppers, marinated artichokes, Kalamata olives, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes.
