Instructions

  1. Prepare the raspberry swirl: In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Strain to remove seeds and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  3. Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
