Ingredients

  • 80 g raw turmeric root
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 200 mL filtered water
  • 6 pinches ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel ginger and turmeric roots, then chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, discarding any pith or seeds.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender with filtered water until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a cup or pitcher.
