- 1 1/2 lb Baby Potatoes (washed)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 stalk Green onion (chopped)
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, water, and sesame oil to create the braising liquid.
- Boil baby potatoes in a large pot of water mixed with white vinegar for 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the cooked potatoes for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the braising liquid over the fried potatoes and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion before serving warm.
