  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 600 grams lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon seven spice blend
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Use a food processor to finely chop the quartered onion and parsley.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion and parsley mixture, salt, black pepper, seven spice blend, and cayenne. Mix until just combined.
  3. Mold the mixture around skewers to form kebabs about one to one-and-a-half inches thick.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush with oil to prevent sticking. Grill the kebabs for about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
