  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 8 ounces deli meat (chicken or turkey slices)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the butter mixture over it, leaving a ½ inch border.
  4. Layer deli meats evenly over the dough and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top while leaving a one-inch border.
  5. Starting from one long side, roll up the dough tightly jelly-roll style and pinch seams to seal.
  6. Place seam side down on the baking sheet and brush with remaining butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for five minutes before slicing and serving.
