Ingredients
Scale
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of chicken ham
12 slices of Swiss cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1–2 cups crushed Panko breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil and butter for cooking
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Pound each chicken breast to an even thickness of about ½ inch between plastic wrap.
Set up a breading station: one dish with flour, another with a mix of buttermilk and egg, and a third with crushed Panko breadcrumbs seasoned with spices.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the buttermilk mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook breaded chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Layer cooked chicken with chicken ham and Swiss cheese on a baking sheet; bake for about 10 minutes until cheese melts.
Mix honey mustard sauce ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over the baked chicken before serving.
