  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
