250g Kunafa dough
1/2 cup melted butter
180g Gulab Jamun mix
150g Fresh cream
3 cups granulated sugar
4 cups water
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 cardamom pods

Instructions
Prepare the sugar syrup by dissolving sugar in water over medium heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, cardamom, and saffron. Set aside some syrup for soaking.
Follow package instructions to create the gulab jamun dough. Shape into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.
Allow the gulab jamuns to soak in the prepared syrup for at least 45 minutes.
Grease a cupcake baking pan and preheat your oven to 180°C.
Shape kunafa nests by coating strips of kunafa dough with melted butter and arranging them in the cupcake molds.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown; let cool.
Assemble by placing nests on a plate, adding fresh cream and gulab jamuns, then drizzle with syrup and garnish with pistachios.
