  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper
  • Optional: pinch of Italian herbs or chili flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
