  • 23 tbsp milk (or plant milk)
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry or plum tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let it rest before slicing.
