  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 can diced artichokes (810 oz)
  • 1 bag organic frozen spinach (10 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on the top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on the top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, artichokes, spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or cast iron skillet. Top with additional mozzarella and parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly; broil for an additional 2 minutes for a golden finish.
