  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for about 10 minutes.

  8. Continue roasting for an additional 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and potatoes are golden brown.
