Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned steak cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium, melt unsalted butter, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt another tablespoon of butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, then pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer while stirring. Gradually mix in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce over the steak bites or serve on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
