  • ¼ cup whole milk, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ stick unsalted butter, melted (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease donut pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, oils, sugars, eggs, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  5. Fill donut pans about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
