  • 7 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Easter egg candies (for decoration)

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (for frosting)
  • 34 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease cupcake pans and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the vegan marshmallows and butter. Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes until melted, stirring to prevent burning.
  3. Mix in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
