  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 small cube of ginger
  • 1620 frozen veggie dumplings
  • 2 bok choy bulbs
  • 1 zucchini

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large baking dish, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until smooth.
  2. Grate in garlic and ginger. Add chopped bok choy and sliced zucchini, stirring to coat.
